Even the most elegant widow has a few skeletons in her cupboard. And perhaps a spider in her saucer.

This exquisite little vintage demitasse saucer is a study in dark Victorian decadence. Its glossy black surface is adorned with elaborate gold floral ornamentation, delicate garlands, and ornate gilded cartouches. At its center lurks a solitary black spider, patiently awaiting its next unsuspecting guest.

A charmingly sinister addition to any gothic china collection, this small decorative saucer is perfectly suited to lovers of Victorian curiosities, unusual antique tableware, and all things delightfully macabre.

Perfectly Imperfect: This vintage beauty has visible flaws to its finish, including areas of wear and loss, which have earned it a place in our Perfectly Imperfect collection. Its imperfections are reflected in the price, but its sinister charm remains entirely intact.

A singular little treasure for those who prefer their fine china with a touch of menace.

Vintage. One of a kind. Sold as is.
