Created for our In Memoriam exhibit for The Startup Art Faire, these dinner plates bear tenants of our fragile democracy. And then I smashed them.
Some have been broken and repaired. Two are about to be smashed. A few have already found their homes. We gathered what pieces remained and put them together as best as we could. The cracks are visible. They're forever changed, much like our fragile democracy. Only 8 one of a kind pieces were made.
A portion of each sale will be donated to LA Food Banks.
