I really don't know what is up with this plate. I bought it online and when it arrived I was baffled. From a distance it's stunning. It's hand painted, there's gold detail, the colors are amazing. Then you get closer and you notice that the green border looks like it was painted with a magic marker. I have no words. Use it for display if you like. I can't upcycle it, I wouldn't use it for snacks.
